These terms cover the flowers and services Petal and Stem provides. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Because our flowers are seasonal, the exact stems in an arrangement can change with what is fresh and available. We will always talk through the details and confirm a price with you before we begin.

Delivery

We deliver across San Francisco. Order by 1pm for same-day delivery. Delivery is a flat $12, and free on orders over $100. We will do our best to meet a time you ask for, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Weddings and events

Wedding and event work begins with a free consultation and a written quote. Booking details, deposits, and timelines are agreed with you in writing before the date.

Subscriptions

Flower subscriptions run on the schedule you choose. Contact us to pause, change, or stop a subscription, and we will take care of it.
